Mentoring Indigenous Non-profits Training Program (MINT) is DARC’s training program, designed with the aim of strengthening the structure and programs of non-profit organizations.

 

Development Alternatives & Resource Center’s (DARC) capacity building activities in organizational development include workshops in fundraising, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, program strategy development amongst others.  DARC’s training modules cover the following topics; Fundraising; Budgeting; Proposal Writing; Monitoring and Evaluation; Governance/Leadership and Communication/writing skills.

 

DARC assesses capacity strengthening needs, current management practices to develop and implement interventions, including trainings.  DARC’s organizational assessment is a five step process that ends with a customized training curriculum to address capacity needs of the organization.
